Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to Celebut! Our platform is designed around a singular purpose: helping people celebrate life's moments, host milestone events, and exchange meaningful gifts across a global community. Celebut is a global platform designed to celebrate people, achievements, milestones, creativity, generosity, culture, and meaningful human connections. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and positive environment where users can engage with one another, share content, express appreciation, support creators, and participate in community experiences.

Celebut integrates real-world social interaction with financial gifting features; maintaining safety, transparency, and authentic celebration is vital. These guidelines explain how our features work and the rules every member must follow. They establish the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Celebut platform. They are intended to protect the integrity of the community, promote user safety, support lawful activity, and preserve trust in the platform.

By accessing or using Celebut, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, applicable payment and financial policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. Celebut's creator and celebration economy allows members to send interactive digital gifts and direct cash contributions. All gifts on the platform are process via a licensed third-party payment processor.

Gifts are deemed voluntary, final and non-refundable.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Users must meet the minimum age requirements established by Celebut and applicable law.

Individuals under the age of 18 may access certain features of the platform only where permitted and subject to any restrictions imposed by Celebut. 4. Key Rules for Gifting:

4.1 Gifts are Final and Non-Refundable

All cash and digital gifts sent on Celebut are legally deemed voluntary, gratuitous transfers. Sending a gift does not establish a contract, commercial obligation, or entitlement to goods/services from the recipient.

4.2 Account-Closure Refund Policy Only

The platform software does not support point-of-sale refunds or transaction reversals. Refund inquiries are evaluated only during a formal account closure/liquidation process, during which transactions undergo strict anti-fraud checks.

Your Celebut Balance reflects settled gifting funds on the platform. It is an internal ledger—not a bank account, checking account, or generalized digital wallet.

You can only withdraw funds to an external bank account whose legal registration details exactly match your verified Celebut identity profile.

Bank accounts must be with licensed institutions located within your verified country of residence.
